Will Harvey

Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Body

As CEO of Voyager, Will directs overall company strategy and management of the business. Prior to Voyager, Will was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Aris Water Solutions, the leading produced water-focused midstream company in the country. He helped lead corporate strategy and growth through its eventual IPO in October 2021. Before Aris, Will worked for ~10 years in oil and gas investing and finance roles, including roles with Greenhill & Co., Denham Capital and Knighthead Capital in Houston, TX and New York, NY.

Will received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Martin McHale

Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder
Body

As COO of Voyager, Martin oversees a broad range of activities, including developing company strategy and building Voyager’s execution and project teams. Prior to Voyager, Martin was COO at Oryx Midstream, a Permian Basin focused crude oil midstream company. He joined Oryx shortly after formation and helped develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy. He also managed the operations, integrity, and EH&S organizations at Oryx. Oryx successfully merged its assets with Plains All American in October 2021. Before Oryx, Martin worked for 14 years in various commercial and engineering roles for Plains All American and ExxonMobil.

Martin received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Casey Lujan

Vice President of Engineering and Construction
Body

As Vice President of Engineering and Construction, Casey supports project execution and technical teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning activities. Casey also manages pipeline routing, GIS and permitting activities. Prior to Voyager, Casey served as VP or Engineering and Construction at Commodore Midstream Partners where he helped develop and implement project design and capital management programs. Casey has also worked with Oryx Midstream Services and Plains All American Pipeline.

Casey received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University. 

Will McCullick

Vice President of Corporate Development
Body

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Will supports Voyager’s strategic initiatives across commercial development, M&A and operations. Prior to Voyager, Will held finance and commercial roles at Aris Water Solutions, a leading Permian water midstream company. Before Aris, Will worked at Lazard in the oil and gas investment banking team.

Will received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Texas. 

Brad Strake

Vice President of Commercial
Body

As Vice President of Commercial at Voyager Midstream, Brad supports the company’s commercial efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Prior to Voyager, Brad served as Director of Commercial and Business Development at Pinnacle Midstream II until its sale to Phillips 66 in 2024. Before Pinnacle Midstream, Brad worked at Plains All American in their commercial and investor relations groups.

Brad received a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University.  

Larry Holland

General Manager of Operations
Body

As General Manager of Operations, Larry oversees all management and operational functions of our East Texas-based team. Larry has decades of experience managing various assets and divisions in the midstream and infrastructure business. Prior to Voyager, Larry held various leadership roles for Phillips 66 and DCP Midstream.

Larry attended Northwest Louisiana Technical College and is a proud supporter of the LSU Tigers.

Franklin Joseph

Controller
Body

As Controller, Franklin leads Voyager’s accounting and reporting efforts. Prior to Voyager, Franklin worked as Controller at Pinnacle Midstream I & II and in various roles for Eagle Claw Midstream.

Franklin received a BBA and MBA from Southwest Missouri State University.   

Phuc Tran

Revenue Accounting Manager
Body

As Revenue Accounting Manager, Phuc leads Voyager’s revenue accounting and margin analysis. Prior to Voyager, Phuc worked as Accounting Supervisor for Enterprise Products. Phuc has also held various roles at Navitas Midstream and Genesis Energy.

Phuc received a BBA from the University of Houston.

Jarrod McLin

Scheduler
Body

As Scheduler, Jarrod oversees Voyager’s hub coordination and gas scheduling across multiple downstream residue outlets. Prior to joining Voyager, Jarrod worked as a Scheduler at Summit Midstream. Jarrod also worked as a Pipeline Controller at Williams and Everline.

Jarrod received a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio where he also played Division I football. Jarrod is a native of Carthage, Texas.
